RETURNABLE ITEMS

All of our products are made to order and hence, custom. The only reason we can accept a return is if it was somehow damaged in shipping or incomplete in some way. We cannot accept partially used rolls of wallpaper, any samples, custom orders or any product that is not in its original condition. ie: cut, torn, trimmed, glued, etc.

Acceptable reasons for returns include; an item being damaged during shipping. Once you receive a shipment, it is your responsibility to inspect it right away and alert us if something is damaged or missing.

All returns and exchanges must happen within 30 days of purchase. All items must be accompanied with a copy of our original invoice. This will ensure prompt credit. We will not be responsible for any merchandise missing the requested information.

Client is responsible for all costs associated with shipping and freight of returned items.
